(CBS/AP) POTTSTOWN, Pa. - Police have found the body of a 19-year-old man along a roadway in Montgomery County, Pa., after witnesses say he was abducted from his home by armed gunmen demanding cash.

Authorities believe Kareem Ali Borowy was abducted from his home about 40 miles northwest of Philadelphia at 2 p.m. Sunday.

According to WPVI, Ruth Borowy, Ali's adoptive mother, and his three adopted siblings were in the home when the kidnapping occurred.

After receiving a phone call, investigators found the victim's body about five miles from his home. Although Montgomery County authorities have not yet released the cause of Borowy's death, they acknowledge that he appears to have been targeted.

Borowy graduated from Pottsgrove High School in 2012. His classmates and friends described him as a good person.

Police are trying to identify the suspects and a motive.
