Pa. police arrest man already wearing prison outfit...as Halloween costume
(CBS/AP) DONORA, Pa. - A western Pennsylvania man who finds himself facing a weapons charge and is accused of insulting police was already dressed for the part when he was arrested on Halloween.
He was wearing a jail inmate costume.
The Observer-Reporter of Washington, Pa. reports that police arrested 22-year-old Gregory Moon - in his black-and-white prisoner costume - when they answered a disturbance call at a housing project in Donora about 2:45 a.m. Monday. Moon was still sporting the inmate get-up when he was arraigned Monday.
Soon, the suspect was given a new look - a bright orange jumpsuit - when a district judge sent him to the Washington County Jail where he has yet to post $250,000 bond.Police say Moon, of Charleroi, Pa., was taken into custody after they first arrested a friend of his for fighting with officers, which led to Moon yelling at police, and getting busted himself for allegedly possessing a stolen gun.
