(CBS/AP) LA CROSSE, Wis. - A Wisconsin man who allegedly stole a video camera made things rather easy for police, when he used the stolen camera to videotape himself, taunt the cops, and even tell them his name.

Case closed.

In the 79-second video, the suspect, 20-year-old Houka Yang, says, "This is my house, yes, and a stolen camera that I stole. But it's OK, the cops won't figure it out."

Later he adds, "Oh yeah, to introduce you, my name is Houaka Yang."

The cops figured it out.

Another man says police initially tracked down Yang with the help of surveillance tape of people breaking into his boss's car, from which the video camera was stolen.

Yang was facing three misdemeanor charges, including two counts of theft.
