On The Hill, Democrats Start To Celebrate

Democrats are tasting victory at the DCCC/DSCC bash at the Hyatt Regency.

“We are going to have an absolutely fabulous night,” Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz said to the fired up crowd. “We are going to elect Barack Obama president of the United States.”

To loud applause, Florida Democratic Rep. Kendrick Meek said the returns from his state keep getting “better and better."

The crowd was all smiles as the DJ spun Bruce Springsteen’s “Glory Days.”
