Ohio IHOP coffee pot assault: One lump or two?

(CBS) CINCINNATI, Ohio - A Cincinnati woman was arrested and charged with assault after she allegedly hit a another woman in the face with a coffee pot at an IHOP restaurant.

Police say Tiera Kimbro got into an argument with Maylesa Cline before hitting her with the pot, reports CBS Cleveland.

"Just out of nowhere, I see her hit me with a coffee pot," Cline told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "Then it got crazy. People were throwing glasses and everything."

The Enquirer reports that Cline was left with a swollen left eye. .

Kimbro was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

According to the Enquirer, Kimbro was released from custody and her trial is set for Feb. 20 at the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
