Ogonowski Wins, Tsongas With Early Lead

With 70 percent of the vote in, the AP has declared retired Air Force colonel Jim Ogonowski the winner of the GOP primary in Massachusetts' Fifth District Race.  Meanwhile, Tsongas looks close to clinching the Democratic nomination.  Below are the updated results:
