Obama's Blagojevich Report Coming At 4:30 P.M. ET

(CBS)
We now have a time for the release of today's report from the Obama transition team on interactions with embattled Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. A Democratic official told CBS News' Maria Gavrilovic that the report will be released at 4:30 p.m. ET.

The timing is based on an agreement with the U.S. Attorney, who said they didn't want the report released last week when the transition office said it was completed.

Reporters have been eager since that announcement last Monday to get their hands on the details of who called who, when, and what was said. President-elect Obama has insisted that no improper contacts were made.

One figure likely to show up in the report is Obama chief of staff designee Rahm Emanuel, but Obama officials have been adamant he has been cleared of any wrongdoing. Gavrilovic reports he leaves today for a family vacation in Africa.
