Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's Boyfriend Proposes on Magazine Cover
NEW YORK (CBS) Just after a few weeks of dating, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's new beau Jeff Miranda has popped the question to the pint-sized "Jersey Shore" star.
But, don't expect this "guidette" to say "I Do" anytime soon.
On Tuesday, Polizzi, 22, not only turned down Miranda's offer of marriage, but also revealed that she is now single.
"Just want to set the record straight. I'm single and I'm not going to get married!" she wrote on her Twitter account.
One day earlier, Miranda, a 24-year old Iraq war veteran from Millstone, N.J., appeared shirtless on the cover of "Steppin' Out" magazine, with a boldface headline asking Polizzi, "Will You Marry Me?" (See the cover here)
"I love her and want to be with her," Miranda gushed about Polizzi in an excerpt obtained by RadarOnline.com. "I will never break her heart. She's such a great girl. If people could see us together they would think we're a match made in heaven. People think I'm using her for fame. But that's bullsh*t."
The two reportedly met while at club in Seaside Heights, N.J. Miranda told People magazine that it was "love at first sight."

"We just hit off," he said. "I've always thought she was beautiful ... [But] she's also a sweetheart. She's affectionate like I am. We have a lot in common. We both don't care what people think of us. If we're happy, that's all that matters."
Polizzi, who is currently filming in Seaside Heights for "Jersey Shore's" third season, has yet to comment on Miranda's proposal.
