In an "open letter" posted on her official website Monday, the 29-year-old, who has two children with Good Charlotte musician Joel Madden, slammed X17 photo agency in Los Angeles for allegedly stalking her children and and waiting outside their day school

"Thank you so much for posting the video of your employees sitting outside of my daughter's school, because now the entire world can see how creepy and disgusting you are," she wrote in an official blog post addressed to the celebrity photo agency on Monday. "You do not get to spend 200 dollars on a camera, and think that gives you a free pass to shadow my child. These are strangers, grown men, stalking young children. You think that's ok?"

The celebrity mom also threatened to have the paparazzi, who she claims are from the X17 agency, arrested if they continue to "stalk" her children outside of their school. "If I find out anyone has a suspended, restricted or invalid license, I will have them thrown in jail before they can pick up the phone and call their lawyers."

"You should be ashamed of yourselves," she wrote in all caps. Closing before writing her name, she wrote: "consider this a warning."

Nicole and partner Madden have a son Harlow born in 2008 and welcomed their second child, daughter Sparrow, in September of 2009. Fans are curious to see whether the starlet will produce a third child.

X17 photo agency so far has not officially commented on the letter posted by Richie.

Richie linked to the note on her official Twitter account. The author and designer currently has more than 1 million followers.
