New Ways To Use Web To Get New Wheels
When it's time to buy a car, most of us make our first stop online.
Some 67 percent of would-be vehicle buyers checked the Internet before heading to a dealer last year, compared to 60 percent in 2002 and 40 percent in 1999, according to J.D. Power & Associates.
But, as helpful as the Web might be, it's getting even better, says SmartMoney magazine.
Sites now do much more than give you the prices dealers pay

Among the sites he mentioned were DriveOne.com, Edmunds.com, and Cars.com.
