Naomi Campbell: 'I'm A Target'

Naomi Campbell says she's looking forward to 2007 — and will be happy to leave 2006 far behind.

"It's been really like a tough year in terms of the accusations and stuff that's been very hurtful and blown out of proportion and you know I can't stop getting on with my life," Campbell told Sky News in an exclusive interview with the network's Sean Neil.

Campbell has paid multiple visits to Manhattan Criminal Court in New York City this year, accused of assault against two employees in separate cases.

In October, a woman who reportedly is Campbell's drug counselor told London police that she had also been assaulted by the supermodel.

"Where does this come from, why? I just feel like I am a target. People have told me for months and years 'you're a target,' but it's only just sunken in that I am a target," she said.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed to The ShowBuzz Wednesday that there will be no further action taken against Campbell with regard to the assault claim made against her.

Campbell said that she's happy right now and doesn't drink or do drugs any more. She plans to spend Christmas with her family in London.
