Mumford & Sons' Ted Dwane on the mend, shares post-surgery photo

Ted Dwane, bassist of Mumford & Sons, is on the mend.

Dwane, who is now out of the hospital, thanked fans for their support as he underwent brain surgery to remove a blood clot last week.

Mumford & Sons posted a photo of Dwane, showing him with a shaved head, along with the caption: "Bear with a sore head! Thanks so much for all the well wishing, it seems to be working! I'm home."

Last Friday, the Grammy-winning band pulled out of Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tenn., after finding out about Dwane's blood clot, noting that Dwane "has been nothing short of heroic in how he has handled the whole ordeal, and now it has been medically proved that he does indeed have a brain." Jack Johnson stepped in for the group at the music festival.

As of now, Mumford & Sons is still slated to play the U.K.'s Glastonbury festival on June 30. Also on the calendar is a July 6 show at Olympic Park in London.

Mumford & Sons won album of the year for "Babel" at the Grammys in February.
