Mukasey Tips His Hat To TPM

More color from Attorney General Michael Mukasey's appearance before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday:

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) wants to know from Mukasey whether he was responsible for taking "the website TPM Muckraker" off the DoJ press list. He pronounces it muck-racker twice in his questioning, eliciting much snickering from the audience.

Mukasey denies involvement in said Muckrackergate, but suggests that the muckraking organization could still gain access, with a little effort, to the DoJ missives. "I do know that all the press releases we issue are on our website," he says.
