MTV "Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans uses drugs, violates her probation, report says
(CBS) - Jenelle Evans, of "Teen Mom 2" fame, has violated the terms of her probation agreements and tested positive for marijuana usage, according to a report.
The 19-year-old mother is not up to date on her court fee payments and has not attended an aftercare plan that was required upon her release from rehab. In addition, the reality star tested positive for THC, the chemical found in marijuana, reports RadarOnline.com.
Evans is $320 behind on court and probation supervision fees, reports RadarOnline.com. But, her attorney claims that is not true.
"What I can tell you is that she is up to date on her payments and the probation officer has been made aware of this. As to the positive test, we would not be able to comment right now," attorney Dustin Sullivan told the site.
A hearing on the charges of her probation violation has been set for August 24, 2011.
Evans checked into a treatment facility in Malibu, California on May 7 after she was caught beating-up another girl on tape. She gave up custody of her young son, Jace, to her mother while she was getting treatment.
