Motorycle rider does 152 mph, still gets caught, say N.H. cops
(CBS/AP) NEW HAMPTON, N.H. - How fast is too fast?
We can probably all agree that 150 miles per hour is a little too fast to be driving your motorcycle, which is what police say a Massachusetts man did on Saturday on I-93 in New Hampshire.
CBS Boston reports police say 44-year-old Edson Barbosa of Stoneham, Mass., was spotted by a state trooper in an unmarked car when the motorcycle rider zipped in front of him weaving in and out of traffic at speeds between 130 and 152 mph.
The speed limit was 65.
The trooper called ahead to a colleague, who ultimately stopped Barbosa while he was paying a toll about 45 miles south.
Barbosa is charged with felony reckless conduct.
