(CBS/AP) COLUMBUS, Ohio - The body of a second man believed to have been murdered after answering a help wanted ad on Craigslist has been identified as Timothy Kern, 47, of Massilon, Ohio.

Kern's father told the Associated Press that his son had responded to an ad offering $300 a week to tend to several hundred acres of land in order to help provide for his three sons. The farm in the ad does not exist, reports the AP.

According to the Summit County Medical Examiner's office, Kern, who went missing November 13, was shot in the head.

Authorities say a Craigslist ad also lured 51-year-old Virginia resident David Pauley to Ohio. He was found dead in a hand-dug grave 90 miles south of Akron. Police also say that a South Carolina man who answered a similar ad was shot November 6, but escaped.

Just hours after Kern's body was found, a third body was discovered. That body has not yet been identified and authorities are not saying whether the three deaths are linked.

However, authorities suspect that robbery may have been a motive in Pauley's death because they said he was told to bring all of his possessions to the site.

Two suspects, including a high school student and 52-year-old Richard Beasley, are in custody and a gag order has been issued in the case. Beasley's mother described her son's relationship with the jailed teen as that of a mentor.
