CBS affiliate WCTV reports that a website dedicated to the search for Sunday Blombergh reported that Sunday's body was found Thursday.

This was followed by a confirmation from Sunday's father. WCTV then spoke to the Colquitt County Coroner, who said that Sunday's body was found roughly 200 yards into the woods off of Vickers Bridge Road in Lenox, Georgia, in the south-central portion of the state, and her body was then turned over to the Tift County Coroner's Office. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is handling the investigation.

Sunday Blombergh went missing from her Tifton home on Briarwood Lane. Authorities say she was last seen April 22. Blombergh was born and raised in Tallahassee, Fla. and was reportedly planning on moving back to Tallahassee from Tifton when she disappeared.

Sunday's family created a group on Facebook called "Missing Person - Sunday Blombergh" to help spread the word about her disappearance.

If you have any information contact the Tift County Sheriff's Office at 229-388-6021.
