Miami "porn diva" accused of having sex with underage girls

MIAMI - A self-proclaimed "porn diva" and two young men have been charged after a video surfaced online showing the trio engaging in sex acts with three underage girls, reports CBS Miami.

Bianca Byndloss, 19, an internet porn actress, was arrested Thursday and charged with lewd and lascivious battery, possession of sexual performance by a child and promoting sexual performance of a child.

According to an arrest affidavit, Byndloss picked up the girls - ages 12, 13 and 14 - sometime in May and brought them to the Miami home of 18-year-old Christian Hernandez. Once at the house, Byndloss, Hernandez and 18-year-old Bryan Yanes reportedly engaged in group sex with the girls.

The affidavit states videos of the sex party were recovered on cellphones belonging to Hernandez and one of the alleged victims, CBS Miami reports.

Hernandez and Yanes were both charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child; Hernandez also faces charges of possession of sexual performance by a child and promoting sexual performance of a child.

According to the station, Byndloss has previously been arrested in an unrelated case and was charged with battery in January.
