The UK Telegraph:
The book, Secret Wars: One Hundred Years Of British Intelligence Inside MI5 And MI6, could not be kept from the public using an injunction.

Officials said this was because it is already widely available in America - and in some places on the internet complete with the index, according to the Guardian newspaper.
