Reps. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, and Scott Perry, R-Pa., discussed why they believe the American people are against a U.S. strike in Syria and what they hoped to hear from President Barack Obama in his address to the nation.
