Mechanical box has a mind of its own

(CBS) - Machines: can't trust them. They're finicky. They break.  They are - according to the documentary "The Terminator" - just a few years away from gaining sentience and enslaving the human race.This video is a perfect example of what happens when you give a machine a mind of its own.

Sadly, as is so often the case when it comes down to man versus machine, the machine comes out on top. Maybe building a box designed to turn itself off wasn't the best idea.
