Matthew Fox allegedly assaults woman, is arrested
(CBS) In the annals of strange celebrity arrests, this may be one of the stranger stories. Actor Matthew Fox was arrested in Cleveland for allegedly punching a woman.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, a police report states the actor tried to board a private party bus to get a ride back to his hotel. The driver, a woman, blocked Fox from entering. He then allegedly "punched the driver in the chest and stomach, before receiving a blow to the mouth in return," reports THR.
After his arrest, Fox was released to a friend. Acting-wise, things are going well for Fox. He's filming "World War Z" with Brad Pitt and "I, Alex Cross."
