The actor and the New Kids on the Block singer, along with their other brother, chef Paul Wahlberg, have secured the all-too-appropriate restaurant name, which had been previously trademarked.

The Boston Herald reports that Tom Wahl's, a chain of drive-in style restaurants based in Rochester, N.Y., sold a product called the Wahlburger and owns the federal trademark on the name. So the famous brothers worked out a deal to secure "full spectrum" use of the name.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Wahlburgers is "slated to open soon," the Herald reports, at the Hingham Shipyard, across from the group's Italian restaurant, Alma Nove. The 4,300-square-foot space will have 80 seats inside and 40 additional seats on an outdoor patio. The restaurant was also approved for a full liquor license.

The Walhbergs are also planning to open a pizza joint next spring.
