The "We Belong Together" singer is now dating billionaire businessman James Packer, reports People.
Carey, 45, and the Australian media mogul, 47, were photographed holding hands in Capri, Italy, while on vacation with their kids: Carey's 4-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-husband Nick Cannon, and Packer's three youngsters with ex-wife Erica Baxter.
The couple dined on pizza and shared zucchini and clam fettuccine at Aurora restaurant on the chic resort island off the southern coast of Italy, onlookers noted.
A source close to the Carey tells the magazine that the pair are "enjoying spending time with each other," and a friend of Packer's says the "brand new" relationship has been bubbling for a couple of months."
