Man in Custody for Alleged Threat Against Obama

The employee denies it. But nevertheless, he was taken into custody -- charged with local violation of terrorist threat laws by police from the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Federal charges are being weighed.
The Secret Service is not disclosing individual's name.
The man consented to search of his residence. Firearms were found, but all appear to be legally owned.
