"Live to Dance" Winners are D'Angelo and Amanda
NEW YORK (CBS) Fan favorites D'Angelo and Amanda, youthful ballroom dancers, took home the $500,000 prize this week on the inaugural finale of "Live to Dance" on CBS.
The Miami youngsters, just 9-and-10-years-old, outperformed 11-year-old jazz dancer Kendall Glover, who came in second, and husband-and-wife ballet dancers White Tree Fine Art, who placed third.
The show, which marked Paula Abdul's return to TV, featured choreographer Travs Payne and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt at the judge's table with Abdul. Since mid-January, it has been competing with Abdul's old show, "American Idol" on Fox.
