Listen to two tracks from the “Hamilton” mixtape

If you don’t want to wait to hear some of “The Hamilton Mixtape,” you’re in luck.

To celebrate Friday as the first day the release is available for preorder, Atlantic Records has put out two of the tracks from the star-studded tribute to Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway smash for streaming and download today.

“The Hamilton Mixtape” is a collection of covers and remixes of tracks from the Tony-winning musical from a host of artists, and the first two fans get to sample are Kelly Clarkson, who does a harrowing take on “It’s Quiet Uptown,” and The Roots, who bring along Busta Rhymes, Nate Ruess and Joell Ortiz for on “My Shot (Rise Up Remix).” 

You can stream the two tracks right now on Spotify. “The Hamilton Mixtape” is available for preorder now and will be released December 2.
