L.A. Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini says that Judge Elden Fox is prepared to issue a ruling today, a day before a scheduled hearing about Lohan's time in rehab. Her legal camp is looking to cut the 90-day court-ordered in-patient treatment by two-thirds, according to published reports.
The ruling could mean the 24-year-old star gets to graduate from UCLA Medical Center's treatment program after 30 days instead of 90.
Judge Marsha Revel, who has since recused herself after the D.A.'s Office took issue with her handling of the case, originally sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and 90 days of in-patient treatment.
The "Mean Girls" star was out of Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Center after 14 days, thanks to good behavior credits and chronic overcrowding in the L.A. County jail system.
E! Online is reporting that doctors have concluded that Lohan doesn't suffer from ADHD or bipolar disorder, and that perhaps improperly prescribed Adderall accounted for some of her odd behavior.
E! Online also reports that Lohan could get an early release answer as soon as Wednesday.
