Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lohan to 30 days in jail and warned the actress there would be plenty more time behind bars if she violated further court orders. The actress has until Nov. 9, 2011, to report for her jail term, and Sautner ruled she cannot serve house arrest, as she did previously.

(CBS) Lindsay Lohan checked in and out of a Los Angeles county jail Sunday night, serving just over four hours of her 30-day sentence. As expected, she was released early due to jail overcrowding.

L.A. Sheriff's Deputy Tony Moore told People, "All I can tell you is that she was already released."

Last week, a judge sentenced the 25-year-old actress to 30 days in jail last for violating her probation.

Next up for Lohan is a 53-day volunteer stint at the L.A. morgue. She also must attend 18 psychotherapy sessions before the end of March.

If she doesn't comply, Lohan could get slapped with an additional 270-day jail sentence.

Lohan recently did a nude photo shoot for Playboy. Her mom, Dina Lohan, told Us Weekly that the shots were "tastefully done."

Meanwhile, Lohan's legal troubles haven't prevented her from hitting the party circuit. She reportedly showed up at the after-party for the premiere of Leonardo DiCaprio's new movie, "J. Edgar," last Thursday in Los Angeles.
