Lindsay Lohan due in court for probation hearing
(CBS/AP) LOS ANGELES - Lindsay Lohan's going back to court? We'd say we're shocked. But we're not shocked.
The troubled actress is due in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday so a judge can determine whether she violated the terms of her probation on a 2007 drunken driving case.

The district attorney's spokeswoman says her office hasn't yet received information on the potential violation by Lohan. TMZ reports Lohan failed one of two alcohol tests last week. The test she failed came after a barbecue of her rooftop. She tested negative for drugs at both tests, reports TMZ.
Sandi Gibbons says the issue relates to Lohan's DUI case and not a misdemeanor theft case the actress resolved with a no-contest plea in May.
The hearing comes as Lohan nears the end of what was expected to be a 35-day stint on house arrest for violating her probation by taking a necklace from a store without permission.
Lohan's spokesman, Steve Honig, declined to comment on what prompted the hearing. The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET).
