Laura Dern and Ben Harper Divorcing
NEW YORK (CBS) It's over between actress Laura Dern and musician Ben Harper.
Harper filed for divorce after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking joint custody of their two children, it was reported Sunday.
The papers, filed Friday, claim the pair separated in January, according to TMZ.com. People magazine also confirmed the split.
Harper and Dern are parents to a 9-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. They married in Los Angeles in 2005.
