Larry Craig's Famous Restroom
Politicians have unwittingly christened a number of unlikely landmarks in the history of scandal: The Watergate complex or the Adams Morgan apartment where Gary Condit romanced Chandra Levy, to name just a few.
We can now include the men's room at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport where Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho) had a controversial encounter with an undercover police officer as part of an airport sex sting, according to the Idaho Statesman.
Travelers are flocking to the airport restroom with cameras in tow to snap photos of the infamous stall, the paper reports. And airport workers have grown well-accustomed to requests for directions to the site of Craig's run-in with a cop in the stall next to him.
