NEW YORK (CBS) Pop star Lady Gaga pledged allegiance to the "draft," once again, checking her pants at the turnstile while attending yet another New York City baseball game. This time, she was at the Yankees-Mets game Friday, almost getting herself banned.

During the seventh inning stretch, the not-so-safe entertainer stood for "God Bless America" revealing a tiny black bikini underneath her half-buttoned Yankees jersey much to the bemusement of the ladies next to her. But once she got into the the Yankees' clubhouse, however, execs weren't impressed.

According to the New York Post, a furious Hal Steinbrenner informed Yankee Stadium executives that Lady Gaga was permanently "banned from the team's clubhouse." According to published reports, she paraded around for "30 minutes without team approval" inside the exclusive area, greeting players Alex Rodriguez and Robinson Cano, while allegedly drunk on Jameson Irish Whiskey.

But on Sunday, Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman clarified, telling the New York Post, that celebrities are allowed to mingle with players in a designated area adjacent to the locker room -- but only after Yankee victories. They are not usually allowed in the clubhouse, he said.

"She's not banned from Yankee Stadium and the VIP area," Cashman said.

The bizarre incident was the 24-year-old entertainer's second recent run-in at a baseball game.

Gaga, who has called herself a lifelong Yankee fan, caused a similar spectacle at Citi Field on June 10. The singer took to Twitter a day after the bikini "incident" saying: "I guess I'm just a Bronx cheer kind of girl."
