Kucinich Postpones Impeachment Presser

Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio has postponed his Tuesday press conference to issue articles of impeachment for Vice President Dick Cheney following reports that doctors are looking at a blood clot in the vice president's leg.

"News reports this morning indicate the Vice President was experiencing a medical crisis" Kucinich said in a statement circulated by his office. "Until the Vice President's condition is clarified, I am placing any action on hold."

Cheney's staff announced the abruptly scheduled check up at George Washington University Medical Center on Tuesday morning, but have since suggested this is a simple examination of the blood clot that was diagnosed in early March, according to various press reports.
