Kristen Stewart promotes "Breaking Dawn" in Tokyo

Kristen Stewart is hard at work in Japan this week promoting her new movie "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2"

The actress took part in a red-carpet photocall Wednesday at Kumamo Shrine in Tokyo. She wore a short, cream-and-brown color-blocked playsuit by Louis Vuitton and black heels.

The movie, which also stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, opens on Dec. 28 in Japan and Nov. 16 in the U.S.

Meanwhile, Stewart's co-star Pattinson was in Australia, where, according to The Daily News, he told TV audiences the final "Twilight" film offers "the greatest vampire sex you've ever had."

During an interview on Australia's "The Kyle & Jackie O Show," Pattinson called the movie's sex scene "ridiculous" and said it consisted mainly of ecstatic looks on his and Stewart's faces. What's more, he said, each actor was alone in a room when the facial expressions were filmed.

"We were just sitting there by ourselves, there wasn't even anyone else in the scene and the camera man was laughing as well," he said.

Pattinson and Stewart, who split up this summer in the wake of Stewart's cheating scandal with her married "Snow White & The Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders (but have since gotten back together, according to reports), will be reunited in California this weekend for more movie promotions. The U.S. premiere is Nov. 14.
