On Tuesday, St. Paul police said divers are combing the lake, which is about two miles away from the Trevino home.

Kira, 30, was last seen the night of Feb. 21 as she left work at the Mall of America, but authorities found so much blood in her car and home in St. Paul that they believe she is dead. Her 39-year-old husband, Jeffery Trevino, was charged on Feb. 28 with two counts of second-degree murder in her death.

He remains jailed on $1 million bail.

The search for Kira was moved to the Keller Park area over the weekend after police received a new piece of evidence, CBS Minnesota reported.

Authorities have not publicly described the evidence.
