King of Pop's Prince Ready to Lead?
Prince Michael is ready to step in as the Jackson family's leader now that the King of Pop is dead, one of Michael Jackson's a personal chef for Jackson believes.
Doug Jones described 12-year-old Prince Michael Jackson as a "go-between" said the boy routinely delivered the food orders, not his father.
"Prince was usually the only one that would convey to me certain instructions when Mr. Jackson wanted to eat upstairs," Jones told ABC' "Good Morning America." "I looked at him as a young man in a kid's body."
Meanwhile, another one of Jackson's personal chefs told CBS'"The Early Show" Friday that, even though the King of Pop "looked good," he mentioned that the rehearsals were taking a toll.
"This tour was very important for him," Kai Chase said. He (took) me to the side and told me, 'You know, I really need you to make sure that I'm eating organic and healthy. I know you know what you're doing, and I know you know what to do. That's why you're here. They're killing me. They're killing me. I'm working so much. I'm rehearsing a lot.'
"But, you know, he - it was just a lot. It was just a lot of rehearsing, and he needed those organic juices, fresh organic beet juice. He asked me, 'Do you have my beet juice? Do you have my beet juice? Do you have my organic green apple lemon ginger for energy?" '
Still, said Chase, "He was very excited about the 'This Is It Tour."
Chase said she'd "never seen any evidence of drug use" in Jackson's rented Los Angeles mansion.
She also said she was "very shocked" to learn Jackson hers was one of the aliases Jackson was using to get prescription drugs, and that Jackson never told her. "This is all news to me. It's unbelievable. It's very shocking."
