Killer PowerPoint 2010 Feature: Your Mouse Becomes a Laser Pointer
No, PowerPoint 2010 (part of the upcoming Office 2010 suite) doesn't magically add lasers to your mouse. (How cool would that be?) But it does have a pretty slick, why-didn't-anyone-think-of-it-before new feature: It can turn your mouse cursor into a "laser" pointer.
With a PowerPoint 2010 presentation open, all you do is hold down the CTRL key, then left-click anywhere on the current slide. Presto: Now your boring old white mouse arrow is a fiery red "laser" dot. Here's a super-quick video that shows it in action:
