Kevin Bacon Statue Made of Bacon: You Can Own It!

LOS ANGELES (CBS) Now you can be closer than six degrees from Kevin Bacon with your very own Kevin Bacon bacon statue.

Yep, you heard me.

The pop art piece made by J&D's Foods and What Do Bacon Do? is now available on eBay.

"Well lacquered and will stay tasty for generations to come... but not edible," reads the web pitch.

All proceeds from the sale will go to the non-profit Ashley's Team - a volunteer driven organization whose mission is to bring joy to childhood cancer patients and their families.

According to the site, "Whether you are a fan of American film icon Kevin Bacon, animal protein art enthusiast or just a lover of bacon, the undisputed king of all meats - Bacon Kevin Bacon is a must have."

Well, at least it's for a good cause and probably a pretty good conversation starter too.
