(CBS/AP) ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Kelly Rothwell, a 35-year-old woman who has been missing for a month, was scheduled to graduate from the police academy Wednesday. Instead she will be honored with a candlelight vigil by classmates and friends.
Rothwell was expecting to graduate from the police academy at St. Petersburg College. But no one has seen or heard from her since March 12.
On that day, she told a close friend over lunch that she was going to break up with her live-in boyfriend David Perry, a former New York state prison guard.
Perry has refused to answer detectives' questions about Rothwell and has also refused to take a DNA test.
