Kate Winslet Steps Out with a New Man
NEW YORK (CBS) It appears that Kate Winslet is once again off the market.
Five months after splitting from director Sam Mendes, the Oscar-winning actress was spotted walking hand-in-hand with her new beau, British model Louis Dowler in London Saturday.
Both 34, the pair spent a romantic evening at the Groucho Club in Soho, London. Later, they were seen leaving the popular nightclub, Mahiki, according to People magazine.
"They're seeing each other," a friend of Winslet's told the magazine. "She's known him since earlier this year."
Winslet and Dowler, who has appeared in fashion campaigns for Burberry, met through mutual friends and have been dating for a few months.
Back in March, Winslet and Mendes, 44, announced their separation after almost seven years of marriage. The couple has a son, Joe, 6. Winslet also has a daughter, Mia, 9, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton.
