Justin Guarini welcomes second child

Justin Guarini is a dad again.

The "American Idol" season one runner-up and wife Reina Capodici welcomed their second son, Asher, on Monday.

Guarini announced the baby's birth via Twitter on Tuesday:

He also told People: "He's the sweetest little boy you could ever ever, ever ask for. He made his way into the world nice and easy."

Asher joins older brother William Neko, 22 months, and 8-year-old stepsister Lola (from Capodici's first marriage).

Guarini came in second to Kelly Clarkson on the first season of "American Idol" in 2002.
