Just What the Heck is Twitter, Anyway?

I think by now most business users have at least heard of Twitter, but I know few people who actually use it, and fewer still who "get" the whole idea behind it. It's a similar story over at The Cranking Widgets Blog, where they've posted a video explaining in plain English just what the heck Twitter is and why you should use it.
