(CBS) - Casey Anthony's lawyer Jose Baez has officially withdrawn from her defense team, online records show.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that, according to the Orange County Clerk of Courts, Baez's notice of withdrawal was filed on Tuesday.

On the Clerk of Courts website, Baez's name, which is still listed in the "Lead Attorneys" category, has been crossed out of Anthony's records.

Baez defended Anthony during her 2011 trial on felony murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. In what some called one of the most surprising court victories in recent history, Anthony was found not guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter.

Another one of Anthony's lawyers, Cheney Mason, said in January that Baez stopped working for Anthony the day she was sentenced, reports CBS Orlando.  Although acquitted of murder, Anthony was found guilty of lying to law enforcement officers and Mason says he and Lisabeth Fryer are representing her in her appeal.

Anthony is currently serving a year of probation at an undisclosed location in Florida on a check fraud charge.
