Jimmy Fallon Emmy Opening Includes Conan O'Brien Jokes

NEW YORK (CBS) Jimmy Fallon dishes a funny bit for Team Coco.

During the opening of the primetime Emmys Sunday night in Los Angeles, master of ceremonies Fallon made fun of his own network -- the same one which was broadcasting the Emmys.

The 35-year-old comedian, who inherited NBC's "Late Night" franchise from ousted TV host Conan O'Brien, lampooned NBC for its handling of O'Brien's departure from the "Tonight Show."

"NBC asked me, the host of 'Late Night,' to come to Los Angeles to host a different show. What could possibly go wrong?" Fallon joked as cameras panned to O'Brien. "Too soon?" Fallon asked.
