Jim Toth, Reese Witherspoon Dating, But Not Engaged

NEW YORK (CBS) Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and talent agent Jim Toth, who have been dating since January, are not ready to tie the knot, as many Internet blogs have reported.

A rep for the 34-year-old divorced mom of two has told People magazine that the actress and Toth are not engaged.

According to the report in People, an unnamed source says that while there is no timetable, Toth is serious about the couple's relationship. "Jim knows Reese is the one for him," the source was quoted as saying. "It's what he's been waiting for."

Witherspoon, who won an Oscar her role as June Carter Cash in 2005's "Walk the Line," was married to actor Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2007. They have a daughter, Ava Elizabeth, 11, and a son, Deacon, almost 7.

Toth recently was named co-head of CAA's motion picture talent department.

Witherspoon, who broke into fame in "Legally Blonde" and is considered one of Hollywood's most bankable stars, is currently filming "Man Wars" in Vancouver.
