SAN FRANCISCO (CBS/AP) Dean Click, the father of Jessica Click-Hill, the 22-year-old woman allegedly kidnapped by her mother 15 years ago, says he's hoping to be reunited with his daughter. According to ABC News, however, Jessica does not want to see him.

"Jessica is very adamant about not seeing him," Walnut Creek, Calif., police Det. Shawn Wallace told ABC News. Compare that with the sentiments of Dean Click: "It would be wonderful to go forward from here and be father and daughter."

Jessica's father said authorities will not release her contact information to him, but they have promised to forward his information to her. His message to her is, "I love you. I would love to talk with you and reconnect and go forward."

Authorities say Jessica's mother, Wendy Hill, was arrested last week in Los Angeles County on suspicion of abducting the girl in 1995 when Jessica was 8-years-old. The arrest followed a tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Charges have not been filed against Wendy Hill.

According to Dean Click, his wife had accused him of molesting the girl, a charge he denies. He said he was never investigated by police, passed a lie detector test administered by the Contra Costa District Attorney's Office and was eventually granted unsupervised visitation rights.

"The years that we've missed each other are irreplaceable," Dean Click said Saturday. Click said he has concerns about what she might think of him after all these years, but believes the two can get past that.
