Don't accuse Jenny from the Block of being anything but truly authentic -- when it comes to her appearance, that is.

Jennifer Lopez is 100 percent real and nobody should dispute that fact, else they will get a serious smack-down. After a British plastic surgeon suggested that she had work done to her face, Lopez took to Twitter on Monday to negate any speculation that she has ever had ever gone under the knife

Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi, a "facial plastic and laser surgeon" based in London, tweeted a split-screen photo of the star and wrote, "These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery -- naturally pretty but now looks amazing." It should be noted, however, that in one photo, the 44-year-old singer is truly au natural, with no makeup, while in the second image she was totally glammed up with full makeup.

Lopez quickly shot down the claims: "@DrAyoubi Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact," she wrote to the surgeon and her 25 million plus Twitter followers.

After being slammed by Lopez's many fans, Dr. Ayoubi followed up with two separate apologies, where he insists that it was not him who wrote the tweet, writing in one: "Dear @JLo I wonder if you can accept my sincere apologies about the wrong tweet which was written by my assistant without my knowledge...."

You don't mess with someone from the block.
