Janet Jackson Seen With New Companion. What About Jermaine Dupri?

NEW YORK (CBS) Is singer/actress Janet Jackson getting "Feedback" in the love department?

The 44-year-old "Why Did I Get Married Too?" star, who has been involved for seven years with music producer Jermaine Dupri, has been spotted numerous times hand-in-hand with a wealthy Qatari businessman.

Jackson, recently seen on "American Idol" with dramatically shorter tresses, has been stepping out on the town with 35-year-old industrialist Wissam Al Mana.

Fashion magazines reported that the two were spotted in March sitting side-by-side at Paris Fashion Week. Two months later,they were spotted on two separate days at two, hip London eateries, pictured emerging (holding hands, mind you) from Nobu Berkeley for a private dining session, according to the Daily Mail. She was in the UK promoting her starring role in the latest Tyler Perry film.

During her seven-year relationship with Atlanta hip hop exec Jermaine Dupri, there was talk of wedding bells and even babies for the two, but neither came to fruition. Reports of a breakup have been circulating since the summer of 2009, around the time of her brother Michael's death.

Janet's been largely secretive about her romances. After all, she successfully kept her nine-year marriage to Rene Elizondo hidden until their 2000 divorce.

So don't expect the pop star to confirm any time soon whether she and Wissam Al Mana are an item.
