Industry Moves: comScore; Quick Hit; ad pepper

comScore: Kenneth Tarpey has joined the company as CFO; he's succeeding John Green, who will move into the role of EVP and head of human capital. Tarpey most recently served as CFO of video surveillance software firm ObjectVideo. Tarpey's past experience also includes CFO roles at tech and software firms like Ai Metrix, Proxicom and NatSystems. Release.

Quick Hit: The online sports game developer has added two senior execs: Ed Willett is the new VP of sales; he was previously senior director of business development at *ESPN*. Kelli O'Donnell joined as VP of legal and general counsel; she'd previously served as corporate council for Turbine, another online game publisher. Other new hires include: Trevor Stricker, director of game systems; William Henning, director of online marketing, and Derrick Levy, senior game systems engineer.

ad pepper media: Sean Finn has joined the international ad network as VP of business development, North America; he'll head up expansion of two of the company's services, the iSense Network and the iLead publisher network, in North America. Finn most recently served as founder of online ad firm SPF-i-Media, but he held business development roles with ad nets like Fastclick, AdDynamix and Turn.
